Why did you pick "failure to file Annual Reports as required by law".

I couldn't find where he failed to file annual reports, maybe you can guide me as to where it said that.

Because that is the reason his company was adminintratively dissolved. Click on the Filing History tab on the bottom of the page, lower left. You will see that the last Annual Report was filed in 2009 and the dissolution occurred in 2011. An Annual Reprt is required to be filed every year in order to avoid dissolution. If he went out of business for a while, he has taken no steps to reinstate his company. A business is either in good standing with the NH Secretary of State or it is not. There is no middle ground. I have no idea what the underlying reason(s) for the current status of the business might be. If there is a reason, good or bad, the reason is irrelevant as to the status of the business.
