Just wanted to point out that a <13' vessel that carries 3 or more people is not a "ski craft" in NH, the way I read it. Otherwise my 10' 2" dinghy that carries up to 4 and tops out around 23 MPH would be considered a "ski craft" and I seriously doubt that is the intent of the law.
