Two things: First, El Jimador and Casamigos are related. The guy running the latter used to work at Jimador, and might even be a member of the family that runs it.

Cielitos in Bristol is more than very good; way more. If this restaurant were in Laconia, I'd go there 80% of the time for Mexican. Jimador still has some menu items I'd return for, but Cielitos is on another level. Check out their reviews on Yelp.
