Smart owners do it when new and continue to do it.
Have seen brand new fancy pickups trucks getting treatment in the Chichester facility.

Carrara in Shrewsbury, VT uses an oil that does drip quite a bit for a longer period.
The facility in Chichester uses their own oil formula that does not drip much at all. Although there could be some dripping for a few days.

There are a few independent places that do the oil undercoating. There is one in Loudon, NH and one in West Lebanon, NH.
I have used them all and now I just go to the Chichester facility as that is the main office and more convenient for me.
