I would've actually considered some type of restaurant there. With the exception of pine cone, not a lot of restaurants in the area. Nothing fancy, something like morriseys, maybe some nice outdoor seating to take advantage of the lake. Could have a great takeout window for food and ice cream for the summer. I would try the winter and see how it goes but, might consider a shut down in the winter. I'll call it C-Bass's by the Bay!
