The question here is whether or not enough money can be or is generated to really set up a sustainable scholarship. Even if it is only for a couple of hundred dollars to help with the purchase of books. It takes a lot of money to get the scholarship going and self sustaining. Although certainly is not a bad idea.
I just wouldn't want to see a scholarship found set up, that couldn't sustain itself and failed.
