I had no luck finding a specific law. Also no luck in a general Google search for a NH restriction for under 18.
BTW, you can order spray paint on Amazon.

HHmmm....can't find anything either. I do remember a few years ago there were signs near the paint that stated new regulations require 18 minimum age. I just bought some spray paint today from Ace in Nashua, and I saw the ask for DOB on screen and they put 1/1/1999. Maybe it is a city/town thing?
