US Cellular is a roaming partner with Verizon, if you can't get a USC tower, then you roam for free to Verizon. Cheaper plans, had them for 20+ years. Been in non USC areas and picked up Verizon (and data) with no problem and no extra cost. You will pay a little less with USC. Both USC and Verizon have an antenna at the old microwave tower near the end of Mboro neck and provide excellent service to the area.
