Looking at a used rv starts like any vehicle, how does it run, any oil leaks, has the routine maintenance been done.

That's not a lot of miles however being used some is a good thing. Vehicles do not benefit from sitting parked for a long time.

But, the real killer for an RV is if there is any evidence of a roof leak or any water penetration anywhere in the roof or skin. If there is any sort of roof repair look inside in that area for water damage. The second thing is if the water system works property with no leaks and indication of having frozen with water in the pipes.
