Not really, FLL. You can step out of your kayak,
legally stand in ankle-deep water, and pee on the property stakes.
You wouldn’t be guilty of trespassing--much less
Criminal Trespass.
We didn't have this "problem" until widespread availability and installations of "surveillance" cameras.
