March Dinner Meeting
March 1, 2008 will be our next Dinner/Meeting at the Balmoral Clubhouse. Arrival and social time with appetizers at 6:30PM. Dinner at 7PM.
We are planning an Italian Dinner with Spaghetti, Meatballs/Sausages and sauce. The spaghetti {to be cooked}, cheese, garlic spread, bread, dessert and tea/coffee will be supplied. We need people to bring spaghetti sauce, meatballs/sausages, salad and appetizers. Please call with your offerings so I can fill in the blanks. Bring your own beverages and maybe a knife and fork.
Once again, help with setup; cleanup and the cooking/serving will be greatly appreciated. As the saying goes: "many hands make light work" or something like that.

We are grooming as conditions permit. We are looking at more snow this week. Check the Club website for up-to date Trail Conditions.

We have had several pieces of equipment down in the past two weeks. We lost a Track on the Tucker two weeks ago, but with help from several members the broken track was taken to the Dealer in Vermont and repaired while they waited. Once back in Moultonboro the New track was mounted and the Tucker was back grooming that night. A big THANK YOU to Leo Lemoine, Joe Quaresima and Don Lemien for their efforts to keep things running.
For those that ride the Kona Forest and Far Echo trails we have not forgotten you. The Scandick groomer that normally covers those trials has been in the “SHOP” for some motor problems. We hope to have it back on the trails shortly.
Looking for some volunteers:
(1) The Club is looking to fill the vacant position of Club Secretary. We are looking for someone that can attend our monthly Director Meetings that amongst other duties can take and distribute the minutes of each meeting. This Secretary is a voting Officer of the Club.
(2) Do we have a CPA or Tax Accountant that would be willing to volunteer their services in preparing this year’s Taxes? The Clubs classification is 501-(C) (4).

Election of Officers
The Board of Directors will be forming a Nominating Committee to set the slate of officers for the forth coming year. At the last Regular meeting before the Annual meeting the Nominating committee will present the proposed Slate of Officers to the meeting after which nominations from the floor will be accepted and included on the Ballots.
Any one wish to step forward to run for any of these positions please contact the Nominating Committee as soon as possible.
