Any food product that has to be thoroughly scrubbed, scalded with hot water, and soaked in a peroxide/acid liquid to turn it white from the naturally greyish color of "washed" or Grey" tripe, isn't something that I would want to eat.

Hey tis, would you take some pictures of the tripe for us?
