All of Metrocast, not just Wolfeboro, will be Atlantic Broadband as of January 1st. Neither Metrocast nor Atlantic Broadband website has any information or even news of the sale, but there are many stories in the press, e.g.,

Wolfeboro was informed in July or August. Minutes from the monthly Selectmen meeting in mid-August indicate that Atlantic Broadband was asked to send a rep to the September meeting but hadn't yet responded. Minutes from the September meeting won't be posted until after they've been approved at the October meeting.
