Before I bought our tritoon I rented a Hurricane deck boat out of Meredith Marina. Nicely appointed but did not handle the winni chop well at all.
The toon is a nice compromise of being capable of handling chop and having lots of comfort.
If I recall correctly the deck boat was a 19 as well with a 115 outboard.
