My personal vehicles are a 2014 Chevy 1500 High Country Pickup with a 5.3 L and a 2017 Chevy Tahoe Premier also with a 5.3 L. I get low to mid 20's on the highway and around 18 in the city. The pickup gets slightly better mileage. They both suck towing anything mileage wise and I don't bother to check it any more! I do have a heavy foot also!

Thanks Dan, As noted earlier- I do like Chevy LS motors. I would be more than happy with that mileage!
