Unless I am mistaken, "switchable" exhausts like
Silent Choice..etc can only be used BELOW a certain engine RPM. They cannot be used "At Speed" without engine/exhaust system damage. So essentially they are only effective (usable) when putting around the docks. Get up on plane and you better open them up or pay the mechanical consequences.
