1. That assumes that you have a "neighbor, friend, or relative" who will be in the area

2. That assumes that your "neighbor, friend, or relative is willing to do you favors all winter long. ( I wouldn't burden someone with this)

3. That assumes that you have a neighbor that is not a seasonal resident.

PS. I am glad we are not neighbors!
