Listen to the WMUR video at post 107. It distinctly says ice in is when the entire lake is frozen. Ishoot was wrong in calling out WMUR. The video implies also that Emerson defines ice in as when whole lake is frozen. Maybe Dave at Emerson or webmaster will chime in and clarify for us.
