The reheat test is key. The pizza has to taste good on the reheat and I'm not talking about microwave reheat, it's toaster oven or frying pan. A pizza made with junk ingredients will not reheat well.
Quick side note, Uno's used to make a sautéed mushroom & garlic flatbread pizza with a Vermont cheddar cheese, that was pretty damn good (I haven't been in a while so not sure if they still offer that). I'm not a super big fan of chain restaurants but will give credit where credit is due and that pizza was pretty damn good.
