Well the how have you been faring was a general all call to all the small business owners out there. However, I am glad to hear you have not been impacted as terribly as one might suspect in this economy. As for me, teaching is a pretty safe career financially speaking. No big bonuses or raises but when the economy tanks it's usually the new teachers (under 3 years) that take the hit. The tenured teachers usually hang on to their jobs.
