Perhaps you could give it away in exchange for something you need or a service of value, such as carpentry, roofing, landscaping etc. Possibly on Craigslist or here on the Winni website. You could donate it to a shelter such as New Beginnings in Laconia. Conference room, as suggested, is a good idea.
I gave away some heavy living room furniture this year. Boy, did that feel good, tax deduction or no.
