It seems like all contractors are extremely busy now and short on help.
I have a few close friends that run service companies that can't even find general laborers.
The good ones tend to take care of their regular customers and don't have the time or the help to take on new ones.
It's just a sign of the times. A lot of the American youth today go to college and don't want jobs that require getting their hands dirty.
