When you own a business and you're always busy then you're doing something right. I see a lot of people on here that don't like The Common Man. Personally I think they do a good job. I don't like all their establishments but the ones I do like I frequent often.
Being in business myself for over 40 years I've found that you can't please everyone all the time. If people keep coming back year after year and you're always busy all the time then you're doing something right. For the few that think they are getting ripped off, you're happy to see them go somewhere else and complain.
