Page 24 of the attached May 6 meeting agenda has the Letter of Intent, whereby item 6 states a purchase and sales agreement 7 days before the town meeting. The minutes of May 10 state the town has a P&S agreement for review by Huggins. The "two years" is addressed in item 7 of the intent to sell.
