I'd like to see a local paper publish the incident log of the NHMP with some follow up stories. Also something along the lines of a local "light list" would be helpful.

I'd like to see less opinion pieces from syndicated writers, I'd be much more interested in reading how locals are weighing in on an issue and why.

And finally, go against the entire industry trend and invest in local reporters to do local stories and not rely so much on the wire services. We can get the wire service stories anywhere!
