This right here is exactly the problem with small town NH. Other peoples opinions on the looks of the new owners property. How about letting the new owner decide?

What is the curb appeal of a parking lot? And now some want that parking lot to have beautiful landscaping? Maybe the taxpayers should drop $100K specific for that purpose, I bet no one would care if that were the case.
