Yes it was Dorothy's. We had a trailer in the park across the street. We'd go across the street for an ice cream and sometimes ate a meal. She also ran the little grocery shop underneath. Popsicles for a nickle, or was it a dime.
We may have passed one another back in the day. We had the trailer from the mid to late 50's to around 1970.
