I sprayed it on jetski engine (had a crack in oil fill tank and engine got messy) let sit washed it off and just hit it one more time and washed off for good measure - DID NOT have to use the one with Bleach, and yes did it away from the lake but the one I used:

Thanks for the tip on Mean Green. Just a caution to others--the grease itself is bad for the lake, so it's best to be hundreds of yards away from water
