Back in the late eighties, a fellow at our local airport had two small planes that he used for towing
Banners. (Advertising) His planes were FAA certified for use of MoGas. ie: Gas from a local gas station. He transported the MoGas in a tank in the back of his pickup.
MoGas has always been significantly cheaper than
"100 Low Lead AvGas".
He Needed, and Had PERMITS to transport gasoline in bulk in his pickup.
