I would be very unhappy with ANY Home Depot that denied you the 10% off. I learned about it from my platoon buddy who was getting it in Oklahoma. And when I went to the HD and Lowe's here on (and near) the Cape they NEVER asked me anything about a service connected disability.
Maybe it's time to speak with a manager. I believe you are entitled to those benefits and I sure hope nobody proves me wrong.
