Lake Winnipesaukee belongs to the State of New Hampshire.

If Governor John Lynch-D was presently the governor of New Hampshire, it's a good fair question: Would The Dive be allowed to operate on the sandbars as it does?

We know that with Governor Sununu-R in charge of the executive that The Dive is allowed to operate, spuds down, into the sandbars.

Gov John Lynch signed the 45-mph speed limits bill into law in July, 2008. Would Gov Chris Sununu be signing a 45-mph speed limits bill into law in July, 2020?
