Umm, I think you and I agree that it is not designed to catch people. I was only trying to refute george's assertion that the app would reduce bad behavior.

Also, no need to be insulting--tech offers us plenty of opportunity to swap away our privacy for increased convenience. My general point is that, at least for me, this particular swap is not worth it.
