I"m no expert either, but I'd bet a week's pay that Mayor Walsh had some sort of impact on the security of the boat show. Nothing happens in that city without the Mayor's knowledge, and or input to some degree. Every square inch of that **** city is controlled by Beacon Hill in one form or another.
