Positive. See my post above from the NH statute on speed limits.

My boat gets substantially better fuel mileage at 30 than it does at 25, so I like the current law better than the old one. I am not a speed limit supporter, but I never had a problem with a 30 MPH night time limit because high speeds at night, in areas where police can inconspicuously measure speed, are a bad idea.

The way I figure, if it's dark enough that you can't spot an MP measuring speed from a distance, you should be going slow.
