Better not gta you'd be accused of "harassment." And you'd be obeying a law that HE proposes.
Pretty ironic huh? At least he admits that boating at night by his proposed law would be considered harassment. Ya see that el we actually agree on something. If an 18MPH nightime speed limit law were put in place I too would call it harassment every time a boat went by my house.
