If the lobster pieces are ground up small & smothered in mayonaise, I will be disappointed. As I stated in the original post that started this thread, the best I ever had anywhere was at Johnathons in Conway 2 weeks ago. There were whole claws & chunks that were not ground up with very little mayonaise to disguise the taste. And there was plenty of it. I'm just looking for somewhere in the lakes area that serves this kind of lobster roll.

Now I am seeing different opinions on the Waldo lobster roll. How can there be so many differing opinions? Either it has whole chunks of lobster meat or its ground up. There is no in between.
