I let the managers know exactly how I felt after they installed the gaskets that seal my gas tank closed backwards.. It had an arrow saying in English this faces forward so I really thought they'd be able to handle it. I asked them to replace it (tried to charge me for a new one) and that one was installed upside down. Coming from a family of mechanics that was strikes 1-3 for me among others minor complaints.
Another take away is like 3 of us all said we have 3 Subarus.. What does that tell you?
