I also stopped dealing with Belknap. Although it's probably a hike from the Gilford side of the lake, I have been using Profile Subaru in North Conway for a while and have been happy with them. Just had an oil change done on my Outback for $28.95. From the east side of the lake it's about a 45 - 50 minute drive, same as Tilton, and I usually take the opportunity to spend the afternoon seeing the sights of North Conway. I usually prefer going to a Subaru dealer, just out of habit, but I have also used Valvoline on Union Avenue with no ill effects.
