Never been to a 4th of July parade? Better go to a few because they're all different and give the flavor of the town it's in. There's a list on NH.com, but you might want to check the individual town's web site to confirm. A lot of stuff has been rescheduled due to weather (Arthur). On the other hand, it is very difficult to reschedule a parade, so get out your poncho.

Many fireworks have been rescheduled. You've probably seen the thread on the Forum, and there's a good, updated list at WMUR.com. Do the Weirs by boat if you can, since you're in that area, right? The boats are a light show in their own right.

And look for a pancake breakfast to go to. Plenty to choose from.

July 4 is big stuff around here.
