Only modification I would make to those directions is get off Mass Pike (I90) at exit #10 take 290 East to 495 N and resume ghfromaltonbay directions from there.
This will usually cut out 10 minutes ...... however if it's during a rush hour (4-6p) avoid this route like the plague !
