The Moultonborough town boards will take up the issue of the unauthorized building sometime later this month. There was no building permit, it appears to be built in violation of the steep slope ordinance and there was over 30,000 square feet of trees clear cut, another steep slope violation. There may be other issues. It is on the published
zoning board's agenda for June 5'th and
planning board agenda for June 12'th. Either or both could be postponed.
