This is the definition of Administrative Dissolution:
"Administrative Dissolution – Dissolution by Secretary of State for failure to file reports and/or fees and/or failure to maintain a registered agent."
Why did you pick "failure to file Annual Reports as required by law".
Maybe he just went out of business for a while.
I couldn't find where he failed to file annual reports, maybe you can guide me as to where it said that.
