Even those bars or clubs mentioned in the big city will have a gallon jar of pickled eggs or something.
A distillery does not have to serve food but there are restrictions on how much alcohol can be served on location.

That is an extremely complicated set of rules imposed by the NH Liquor Commissioner. You would think there would be a much easier set of rules if break it down to the type of establishment and limit the choices. Bar, restaurant, recreation or distillery/winery
