The answer was not much of an advantage. The advice was to go the PT route and use the difference toward new granite counter tops in the kitchen. We had the contractor we had chosen rebid using PT, the difference is about 4K which is about 2/3 the cost of the granite counter tops. So that is what we just decided to do.
