@tis my great grandfather bought the place in the early 40's. I'm not sure who he purchased it from. At the time it was three lots, one on each side with 500+ feet of frontage. Eventually one lot was sold to the neighbors and the other was built on in 1989. We had the house until it was sold in 2001. I've always thought it was the best spot on the lake although I might be a little partial
. Broke my heart to see it go... however I am pleased it went to the people who own it today. Very nice people.
@Pineedles Thanks for the warm welcome. I was browsing around the other day and one search led to another and so on until eventually and accidently I stumbled upon this thread. I was happy to help.
