I have had USAA for everything for 40 years. All done either on the phone or Internet. No problems with any claims. You need some association with the military. Only problem is the trend has been to outsource many lines. For example, just got new boat. USAA sent me to Progressive which will be actual insurer. Still, rates and service have been great.
