1998? I attended a seminar in 1992 that taught to never use "under construction". Finish the work before putting it online. That is unless one wants to be found with key words "under construction" in search engines.

When we get our news off paper, it's expensive, its outdated, it's a single sided view we get. We can save our trees, for the birds and the bees, when we get news from the Internet. (Words I promoted in 1994 when the Berkshire Eagle would not print my full page add promoting an online real estate marketing system I designed.) Now my web site gets more traffic than theirs
