Last year my kid got his at Wally world, Like kids do he lost it, went back to get a copy and he was not on file, Checked with fish and game, Not on file. I don't know how it's possible as ha did have a hard copy. Brought it up to a friend, same thing happened to him from Wal-mart. They can't do anything right.
