If there is not enough space to maneuver in the aisle before turning into the slips that could be a nightmare. I don't think many of the boaters on the lake that I see have the skills to make that turn or back out without hitting another boat or the dock. Also how big will these slips be? Could limit the size of the boat if they go with concept A.
