Same with my wife and I. We both love the seacoast for all those reasons, especially the restaurants (she's more of an Ocean girl and I'm more of a Lake guy) - so we have the house in the Seacoast and a boat up at the lake. I do see a house in the 'nearer' future up there, but will need the real estate market to speed that up
